Deflaker

The Deflaker designed and manufactured by Nuova Omma is traditionally installed in stock preparation plants, for both waste paper and virgin pulp, in order to improve stock characteristics and open the fiber flakes remained after pulping, and is manufactured in different sizes (disks from 10” to 20”) depending on stock characteristics and production of the plant.

The Deflaker is equipped with a tested, simple and reliable propeller group for both setting and maintenance and is designed to work in hard conditions.

Thanks to many years of experience in design and manufacturing components and accessories for stock preparation plants, Nuova Omma design engineers can suggest the proper installation of the Deflaker according to the specific plant features and to the stock characteristics, and complete the supply with the necessary accessories.
