Vertical Pulper

The Vertical pulper SP designed and manufactured by Nuova Omma is traditionally used in paper mills to slush both waste paper and virgin pulp at low consistency, it is manufactured in several sizes according to line production (vat capacity from 10 m3 to 40 m3) and it is suitable for both batch and continuous operation.

The Vertical pulper SP is equipped with a tested, simple and reliable propeller group for both setting and maintenance and thanks to vat shape and rotor characteristics is designed to work in extremely hard conditions.

Combining the Vertical pulper SP with other machinery included in our manufacturing program (Turbowasher, Ragger, Rope cutter, Rotating screen) it is possible to supply complete plants for waste paper pulping.

Thanks to many years of experience in design and manufacturing components and accessories for stock preparation plants, Nuova Omma design engineers can suggest the proper installation of the Vertical pulper SP according to the specific plant features and to the stock characteristics, and complete the supply with the necessary accessories.
