Turboseparator
The Turboseparator designed and manufactured by Nuova Omma is traditionally used in paper mills as medium consistency screen for light rejects removal in stock preparation plants for waste paper and is available in different sizes in order to treat productions up to 200 T/24h and more (according to stock characteristics and filtering holes dimensions).
Normally used as coarse screen, the Turboseparator is suitable to work also in hard conditions and to increase pulper productivity adding slushing capacity to the line.
The Turboseparator is equipped with a tested, simple and reliable propeller group for both setting and maintenance and thanks to vat shape, rotor characteristics and inlet/outlet piping positions, is suitable for low specific energy consumption cleaning systems.
Combining the Turboseparator with other machinery included in our manufacturing program (Turbowasher, Thickening screws, etc.) it is possible to supply complete lines for light rejects treatment.
